Do the AI agents decide anything on their own?

What’s the difference between the AI (Spot & TMS) and the agents (Enterprise)?
The AI reads and sorts what comes in — enquiries from email in Spot, orders, offers and documents in the TMS. It’s perception. The agents prepare entire workflows and chain the steps — as a draft that waits for your OK. Neither ever acts without release.
Does the AI negotiate with our partners?
No, never. The AI captures, matches and requests — negotiating and approving is always done by your dispatcher.
Do we own our data?
Yes, fully. Exportable at any time, EU-hosted, tenant-isolated. With on-premise, your data never leaves your building in the first place.
Are there minimum contract terms?
Cloud plans can be cancelled monthly. On-premise is agreed individually.
